Our Trial Class is FREE and open to all who are interested in trying out CrossFit, or for those who have been doing CrossFit and would like to experience our facility and meet our staff. Contact Us by phone or email for more info, or to set up a time to come in!
On Ramp
Our On Ramp is a one-on-one walkthrough of the general movements and exercises that are performed in our CrossFit classes. It ensures each individual is set up for safety and success. Our On-Ramp is specifically designed to go at your own pace so you are able to learn all the movements and scaling options that are best suited to your needs.
Our On Ramp consists of (5) 1.5 hour sessions where you will: 1. Learn the flow of a CrossFit class 2. Learn the CrossFit functional movements 3. Do one small workout Bring your workout shoes and some water!
CrossFit Class
The CrossFit Class is designed to teach, strengthen, and stimulate all areas of your fitness. Each class will consist of the following being run by one of our coaches:
General and specific warm ups to best prepare you for the workout of the day.
An explanation of the workout of the day with best practices and demonstrations of the movements.
A different and unique workout each day is specifically designed to get you moving and improve your fitness
One class is designed to increase all areas of your fitness, otherwise known as your General Prepared Fitness. This means that through one 60 minute session, you will increase your strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility and much more.
Open Gym
Miss a workout? Need a little more practice? The Open Gym is designed as free time for you to personally practice the CrossFit exercises. You can also catch up on a missed workout from earlier in the week or a class from a future date (I.e. Friday and Saturday) that you will not be able to attend. Coaches will be present to assist you with practicing movements or setting up for a WOD.
Personal Training
Looking for more specific training? Our coaches specialize in working one on one with athletes of all levels.
Drop In
Coming from out of town? Walk-ins are welcome. Contact Us and let us know when you will be stopping in.
We will simply have you fill out a waiver and take a couple minutes to assess your fitness level so you are set up for safety and success in our class.
*If you are planning to drop in with us, please contact us ahead of time to let us know you will be stopping in. Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to class time so that we can get you set up! We're looking forward to seeing you.
