Our On Ramp is a one-on-one walkthrough of the general movements and exercises that are performed in our CrossFit classes. It ensures each individual is set up for safety and success. Our On-Ramp is specifically designed to go at your own pace so you are able to learn all the movements and scaling options that are best suited to your needs. (1) Time Fee of $149.00 for your 5 one-on-one classes. Following this, the membership you choose will start up.
3 Days Per Week
This membership gives you access to our facility 3 days per week. $119.00/month
6 Days Per Week
The 6 days/week membership allows members to come to CrossFit classes everyday. $149.00/month
First Responders and Students
This discount is for the "Unlimited Membership" only. For all First Responders, Active Military and Students. 10% off the unlimited membership
Personal Training
Personal training is a (1) hour, one on one session with one of our coaches. *Personal Training Rate varies by length of session(s) and amount of each session. Please Contact Us for details.
